Practice Area

Please note that if you are not within the Practice Area, this may affect your eligibility to register with us and may limit the services we are able to offer.

We no longer accept new registration requests from patients who are outside the practice catchment area and you will need to register with a GP practice closer to your home address.

Anyone who is already registered with us who lives outside the Practice Area (but still within Kirklees) will be advised to register at a practice closer to their home address and will be coded as living outside the practice’s registered area, as we may be unable to continue providing you with medical services from this address.

Anyone who is not within the Kirklees boundary will receive a letter advising that it will be necessary for you to register with a GP closer to your new address within the next 30 days. If we have not heard from you within 30 days, we will assume that you are living outside our practice boundary area and will remove your name from our patient list.
